As our items are printed on demand, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to our size chart carefully before ordering.

Once your order is placed, our team begins the printing and preparation process. As each item is made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production. After your order is ready, it will be shipped promptly. Delivery times vary based on your location, with domestic orders typically taking 3-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

Due to our made-to-order model, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. Returns for products, including size exchanges, are offered at our discretion. Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before initiating any returns.

Do you ship internationally?

No, Velografik ships to UK locations only. If you are a resident of the UK but outside the mainland (excluding Northern Ireland) please contact us for assistance.
